Putin acknowledged Merit Tereshkovoi

The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, senior scientific officer handed the Russian State Research Center for cosmonauts Yuri A. Gagarin named Valentine Tereshkovoi Order of Merit to the Fatherland “II degree.

Kremlin press service said that Tereshkova awarded “outstanding contribution to the development of the domestic space”, reported the Interfax .
