For Ukrainian sports have found an additional source of funding

In the near future Ukrainian sport and the Olympic movement may have an additional source of funding. Significant cash receipts for their development can be obtained from the lottery market in Ukraine in case of social reorientation and direction of income to meet the needs of society. The statement was made Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee, people’s deputy of Ukraine Viktor Korzh – author of the draft Law of Ukraine “On state regulation of activities for the lotteries in Ukraine”.

National Olympic Committee supported the bill, noting that its adoption can significantly help the country to implement such immediate goals as the financing of sports facilities including those for the final part 2012 European Cup in Ukraine, as well as activities aimed at promoting the ideas of the Olympic movement in the country.
