Dnipro may exclude from the Premier League

At the weekend, at the initiative of the President of Lugansk “Dawn” Eugene Geller meeting of representatives of clubs belonging to the Ukrainian Premier League, reviewed the situation arising in connection with the still before the courts claim “Dnepr” recognition invalid registration league.

It is worth mentioning: in June 2009 Dnipropetrovsk club appealed to the County Administrative Court demanding to eliminate UFPL. Allowed the claim, after which the Premier League has filed an appeal to the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal – and also won the case. But Dnipro not calmed down and sent an appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, where on March 17 to be held the first hearing.

Assuming that the satisfaction of the complaint may have irreparable consequences, assembly members of the Premier League has instructed “Dnepr” within a reasonable time to withdraw its claim. Otherwise, the club, according to the statute, may be excluded from the Premier League.
